John Francis [Jack] Worsley Boden-Worsley

John [Jack] Boden-Worsley (1886-1956), friend of Henson; Jesus Coll., Cambridge; barr., 1909; journalist, London, 1909-12; left for India, 1914, to become acting editor of the Bombay newspaper The Advocate of India; on Henson's advice, served in the Indian army during the First World War; mentioned in despatches; ord. 1921; rector of North Wingfield, Derbyshire, 1927-56, a parish served by his father, Canon C.
