Mary Steel-Maitland [née Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland] (1871-1944), daughter and heir of Sir James Ramsay-Gibson-Maitland, bt; m. (1901) Arthur Steel-Maitland, and established the principal family home on the Sauchie estate in Stirlingshire.
