Thursday, January 12th, 1922.

I worked at the sermon for the Commemoration: and, after lunch, motored into Durham, and presided at a meeting of the Training & Maintenance Board. Headlam came with me. We returned to Auckland in time for tea. Ella's cousin, Edward Smith & his wife arrived on a visit.
