1354th day

The weather continues very cold. I wrote many letters, & was interviewed by several visitors. Thus the morning slipped away. After lunch Streeter took me for a walk along the river bank. I was delighted with the beauty of the scene, & the view of the cathedral tower was most beautiful. On my return I wrote more letters, and then went to the Palace, & arranged books until dinner time.
