Monday, March 5th, 1917.

A heavy snow fall during the night had renewed the wintry aspect which too rashly we had assumed to be a thing of the past. I celebrated at 8 a.m. Gilbert and Alice went away after breakfast. I carefully revised the C.T. sermon. Also I attended Evensong & wrote letters. Two boxes of the Warden's letters arrived from Miss Anson, who has now left Pusey for good.
