274th day

I spent most part of the day in writing a criticism of the Abp's 'Statement' about Kikuyu, but, before the day was out, I had practically decided not to send what I had written to the press. After lunch I attended a meeting of the Council of the Durham Colleges, at which it was decided to open negotiations with the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for the purchase by them of the University's property at Bearpark.
