Good Friday, April 21st, 1905.

A bitter day with alterations of mocking bright sunshine and icy rain. At 8 a.m. I went to S. Margaret's and read the Ante-Communion Service.

At Mattins there was a fair congregation considering the weather, and I preached on the episode of the Penitent Thief. At Evensong Campbell preached.
