Condover Hall is an Elizabethan manor house in Condover, Shropshire. It was purchased by Edward Fielden in 1896, a Yorkshire cotton manufacturer, who retained ownership of the estate until 1927. He allowed Henson to stay at the house during his travels through Herefordshire.
