Louise Creighton [née von Glehn] (1850-1936; ODNB), leading churchwoman, social activist, and writer of popular biographies and histories; m. Mandell Creighton, bishop of London, 1897-1901; drew Henson's opprobrium as a supporter of the 'Life and Liberty' movement; member of the committee of inquiry of the Archbishops' National Mission that addressed 'Administrative reform of the Church' (1918); member, Church Assembly, 1920-30.
