Tuesday, January 6th, 1920.

I worked at the Swedish lectures until I was interrupted by Lilley. After lunch Ella and I called on Mrs Christmas, and on William's Mother. William himself was hors de combat with neuralgia. Later, Ella and Ernest went to a dance, and I settled to work on the Lectures, but not to much effect.
