1130th day
Some smart thunder–showers in the earlier part of the day led on to a fine afternoon & evening. I attended Mattins and Evensong: worked at the "Memoir": walked to Dryburn with Mrs Darwin, & had tea there: dined with the Meade–Falkners, and read "Woodstock" to them after dinner. Wrote to Ella before going to bed.
