317th day

The glorious weather continues. I presided at the Opening of a Sale of Work for C.M.S. in the Town Hall. The Mayoress performed the function. After lunch I went with Gaymer into the Cathedral, and heard him expound his theories about the Triforium of the Choir. Last night there was a Zeppelin raid on the coast at Jarrow & S. Shields. Some people were killed, & a good deal of damage done.
