Leslie Morrison (b. 1911; ord. 1936, Jarrow for Durham), Pembroke Coll., Oxford; curate, South Westoe, 1935-8; perpetual curate, Castleside, dio. of Durham, 1938-42; son of the headmaster of James I's school, Bishop Auckland, befriended by Henson from the age of twenty; maintained correspondence with him until shortly before Henson's death: LPL, MS 3992.
