Frederick Cornwallis Conybeare

Frederick Conybeare (1856-1924; ODNB), fellow, University Coll., Oxford, 1880-87; then private scholar in biblical and Armenian studies. member of the Rationalist Press Association, 1904-15; author of the pro-Dreyfus book, The Dreyfus Case (1898), and gained further notoriety in 1914 by attributing the outbreak of war to Grey and Asquith.
