1022nd day

I must have contracted a chill last night, for this morning I have a sore throat & feel dilapidated. Gaisford went off after breakfast. I attended Mattins, & began some sermon preparation for next Sunday. I attended Evensong. Excepting a very short walk with Ella, I kept indoors all day. The weather became cold & comfortless.
