The Welsh Disendowment Conference met here at 2 p.m. and sat till 6 p.m. Sir Edward Fry was in the Chair. There was a fair attendance.

We agreed very well on the whole: & came to an acceptance of the Irish terms.
I entertained the St Margaret's choirmen at dinner. They all attended together with the Precentor, Compston, & Westlake.
