5th Sunday after Easter, May 1st, 1910.
Hine–Haycock celebrated in St Margaret's at 8 a.m. There were 19 cts. There was a considerable congregation at 11 a.m. I preached on 'Prayer'; and celebrated after Mattins. There were 77 comts.
Gilbert and I took 'Logic' for a walk.
There was a very large congregation at Evensong. I preached an old sermon on 'Dives & Lazarus'.
On Monday, the 2nd May, the Brotherhood dined with Beeching.
On Wednesday, the 4th May, Ella & I attended the meeting of the Royal Geographical Society in the Albert Hall, and heard Peary's Lecture.
On Tuesday the 3rd May, we (Ella, Gilbert, & I) went to the Bloomsbury Baptist Church, & took part in the annual meeting.
